Return policy


1. RETURN POLICY

1.1. What is the Return Policy?

This return policy includes the rules specifying the conditions under which Mass Mobilya customers can return products and how they can make refund or exchange requests.

1.2. When and How Can the Product Be Returned?

You can return products purchased from Mass Mobilya within 14 business days of the order date . To initiate a return, simply send an email to mass@massmob.com . Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

You can send your returned items via MNG Cargo using the return code you'll receive. If you choose a different shipping company, the shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

1.3. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted

  • The product has been used, installed, damaged or lost its resalability.

  • Missing original packaging and accessories.

  • An invoice must be presented for returns. Returns of products without an invoice will not be accepted.

  • Specially produced or personalized products are not eligible for return.


2. REFUND POLICY

2.1. What is a Refund?

The refund policy defines how and under what conditions the returned items will be refunded.

2.2. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received by our company, the refund will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method. If more than one payment method is used, the refund will be made on a pro rata basis.

2.3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made furniture products

  • Installed, fully assembled or used products

  • Products that have been opened or whose original packaging has been damaged

2.4. Defective Product Status

If the product you receive is damaged, missing, or has a manufacturing defect, please report it to mass@massmob.com along with detailed photos. After inspection, the product will be considered for free repair, exchange, or refund.

2.5. Right of Withdrawal

Within the scope of the distance sales contract, you have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 working days from the date of order without giving any reason .
However, the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products produced with special size/color/fabric combinations

  • Products configured upon customer request

  • Assembled or installed products

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an email to mass@massmob.com . Once the product reaches us, the refund process will begin.

2.6. Refund Conditions

  • The product must be returned complete and undamaged, in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

  • If the product is damaged, dirty, installed, scratched or has lost value, a deduction may be made from the refund amount.

  • If the product is damaged during return shipment, the responsibility belongs to the customer.
