KVKK INFORMATION STATEMENT

Topic 1

The subject of this KVKK Information Statement is to determine the principles regarding the processing of all personal data belonging to all persons affiliated with the Company by Miras Architecture Stone. Mob. Construction. Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. (“Company”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).

The Company, which is the data controller in accordance with Article 3 of the Law, informs personal data owners (employees, job candidates, customers, suppliers, consultants, business partners, shareholders, company officials, representatives, contract parties, visitors and other natural or legal persons with whom it communicates) with this text in accordance with Article 10 of the Law.

Personal data processed by the Company is stored physically or electronically for a limited period of time for the purpose of processing and with appropriate security measures.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Personal data;

  • Carrying out information security processes,

  • Determining access rights,

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations,

  • Carrying out customer relations and satisfaction processes,

  • Performance of contracts,

  • Management of requests and complaints,

  • Sending commercial electronic messages (SMS, e-mail, etc.),

It is processed for such purposes and in accordance with the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

4. Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer

Data may be processed if there is explicit consent or if legal obligations require it;

  • To business partners and affiliates,

  • To suppliers,

  • To audit firms,

  • To financial and legal advisors,

  • To the shareholders,

  • To authorized public institutions,

  • To banks and insurance companies,

  • Payment systems and infrastructure providers

transferable.

5. Transfer Abroad

Personal data may be processed with the explicit consent of the data owner or based on the exceptions stipulated in the Law;

  • Directly to countries with adequate protection,

  • In cases where there is insufficient protection, data may be transferred with the approval of the Board and the commitment of the data controller.

6. Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Personal Data

Personal data;

  • Through tools such as the website, contracts, contact forms, social media, call center, events, business partners and physical application channels;

  • It is collected verbally, in writing or electronically.

These data are processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, in order for the company to continue its activities and fulfill its legal obligations.

Data Types That Can Be Processed:

  • Identity Data: Name, surname, date of birth, etc.

  • Contact Data: Address, telephone, email

  • Customer Transaction Data: Call records, etc.

7. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data is stored for the period required by the relevant processes. After this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with data security principles. The Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

9. Rights of the Personal Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, the data owner has the following rights:

  • Learning whether personal data is being processed

  • Request information if processed

  • Learning whether it is used for its intended purpose

  • Knowing domestic/international third parties

  • Request correction or deletion of erroneous/inefficiently processed data

  • Objection to analyses made by automated systems

  • Claim for compensation in case of damage

Applications can be made in the following ways:
